Project Overview
Nordic Nature emerged as a vision to transform the crowded pet food market by blending Nordic craftsmanship with a commitment to health and sustainability. Working with PetXL, we set out to create a brand identity and packaging design that could communicate the essence of short-traveled ingredients, premium quality, and Scandinavian simplicity.
Our Approach
Through close collaboration, we developed a brand identity inspired by Nordic minimalism. Clean lines, harmonized palette, and balanced typography captured the brand’s connection to nature. The modular packaging system we created ensured clear product differentiation while allowing the flexibility to expand into new categories, such as cat food and future wet food offerings. Transparency was a core pillar, with every design choice emphasizing the integrity of the ingredients and Nordic Nature’s dedication to pet health.
The Result
What started with a small range of flagship products has grown into a cornerstone of PetXL’s portfolio, now contributing over 20% of their annual revenue. Nordic Nature has become synonymous with quality and trust across Scandinavia, setting a new standard in the ultra-premium pet food market. The thoughtful design and strategic scalability continue to support its evolution, ensuring the brand resonates with health-conscious pet owners.
